Qatar

Qatar hosts Al-Udeid Air Base (CENTCOM Forward HQ), the most strategically significant US base in the Middle East, which was targeted in TP4. Qatar has traditionally balanced relations between Iran and the West, serving as a mediator. Direct Iranian strikes on Qatari territory would push Qatar firmly into the condemnation camp, though Qatar would likely also push for diplomatic off-ramps.
