International Criminal Court

ICC is a judicial body, not a political organization, so it does not take political stances. Its response focused on potential war crimes jurisdiction. Neither Iran nor Israel are ICC member states, but the ICC has had an ongoing investigation into the Situation in Palestine. Attacks on civilian targets and disproportionate use of force by any party could fall under ICC jurisdiction where applicable.
