Estonia

Estonia is one of the most pro-US and pro-NATO states in the EU. Kaja Kallas (who became EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs in late 2024) has been hawkish on authoritarian threats. Estonia views Iranian aggression through the lens of rules-based international order. Likely issues strong condemnation. Note: Kallas may have been succeeded as PM by 2026.
